By using and shopping at marangastore.com, you agree to accept the terms and conditions described below. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions occasionally. Changes to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon publication on this website. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.
The Online Shop is open 24 hours a day. However, the store can be closed due to maintenance.
In order to shop at marangastore.com you must be at least 18 years of age.
Orders within Norway: All prices on products, delivery charges and other services include value added tax (VAT).
International orders: All prices on products, delivery charges and other services include value added tax (VAT).
If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
At what point are you bound by your order?
The agreement is binding when the order is received by marangastore.com. This happens the moment you have clicked “pay” and you will get a receipt on your screen. The receipt is an automated acknowledgment that means we have received your order.
Confirmation of the order
Once marangastore.com receive your order we will look trough your order. We will accept or decline your order within 24 hours. You will receive an email from us confirming that we have accepted your order (order confirmation).
We accept the following payment methods:
Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping worldwide on all of our products with DHL Express (outside Norway) and Posten (in Norway).
In Norway free shipping is with Posten and takes between 2 and 5 days from the day you order.
With DHL Express Delivery time is usually between 1 and 3 days from the day you order (1-2 days within Europe, 2-3 days outside Europe). DHL Express delivers at your door or to a pick up location close to your home.
We will do our best to ship your order within 24 hours on working days. Delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
You are welcome to pick up your order at our office in Oslo, Norway (Øvre Slottsgate 5), please email firstname.lastname@example.org right after order to schedule the pick up (usually available Monday – Friday during the day).
If the packaging appears to be damaged, please do not accept the shipment. When the delivery is completed you beat the risk of the product(s) you have ordered.
Returns and exchanges
You can return all products purchased if you notify us within 14 days after you received your order. Send us an email at email@example.com to notify us and remember to include the order ID and which products you would like to return. If you want to exchange to a different size / style / color you will need to follow the same steps as under returns, and make a new order on the item you want.
You then have to return the products within 14 days after notifying us.
Products have to be in perfect condition when you return it, meaning:
- All tags and hygienic pads are still attached
- No signs of wear
- No visible stains
- Never been washed in any kind
Please put the sales receipt in the return as well, so we know who sent us the return (Returns without order ID inside the package won’t be handled).
Norway – Shipping on returns
Ship the order as you prefer or deliver it to our office in Oslo, Norway.
When returning an order to us we recommend that you track the shipment as you are responsible for the order until we receive it. You will need to cover the cost for shipping yourself.

International – Shipping on returns
Maranga will charge 15 euro on returns on international orders. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you with the DHL freight label and how to schedule your pickup. Please write RETURN and NO COMMERCIAL VALUE on the package to ensure a faster expedition.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Returning Defective Products
If your ordered product(s) have a defect or you received the wrong product(s) please contact us immediately by email at email@example.com. The claim shall be made when you discover the defect, and no longer more than two months.
We can not guarantee that the colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings on your computer, telephone and tablets. Please contact us if you have questions about our products.
Linking to this Website
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link from any website that is not owned by you. This Website must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of this Website other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.
